I've rounded up my top three favorite trends right now which include tortoise prints, high-waisted midi skirts, the faint blush color of garden roses, and ,of course, some major savings. Would you rather splurge or save on these items?

    I would save on sunnies and skirts but splurge on shoes (always!) :)
